General Processing Plant for Mineral Ores

Ore processing plant is also called beneficiation plant. It is a kind of production line of selecting kinds of mineral ores.
The general process: crush big mineral stone into small size (0-20mm) , grinding these small stone into powder (or slurry), then separate the useful ore from the powder (slurry).

There mainly have four kinds of separation method :

(1) Flotation separation

(2) Gravity separation

(3) Leaching separation

(4) Magnetic separation

Solution 1: Gravity Separation
 

Screening Machine

Gold mobile trommel wash plant, also known as a rotary screen, a mechanical screening machine used to separate materials, mainly
in the mineral and solid-waste processing industries.

It consists of a perforated cylindrical drum that is normally elevated at an angle at the feed end.

Physical size separation is achieved as the feed material spirals down the rotating drum, where the undersized material smaller than the screen apertures passes through the screen, while the oversized material exits at the other end of the drum.

 

Gravity Separation-Shaking Table

Shaking table is one of the main equipment for gravity separation, which is widely applied in the classification of tungsten, tin, tantalum, columbium and other rare metal and precious metal ore.

It is applicable for separations of fine-grained and micro-grained rare metal, ferrous and
non-ferrous metal, precious metal, coal and other minerals.

It can carry out ore concentration operation independently and also can operate with jig machine, centrifugal separator and other equipment.

Crushing

1.Jaw Crusher for preliminary crushing: Jaw Crusher is mainly applied for primary, medium, and fine crushing various kinds of ores, the max compression strength of the materials crushed could be 2000kg/cm². And it will reach to output/discharging size <25mm.

2. Double roller for second crushing: after jaw crusher primary crushing, the <25mm size Tungsten Tin ore stone will come into the double roller for fine crushing(the >25mm size ore will return to jaw crusher again) And it will reach to output/discharging size <10mm.

3-disc Electromagnetic Separator

3 disc electromagnetic separator is for a variety of strong magnetic minerals mixed ore separation, according to the difference of
magnetic minerals. It can achieve efficient separation of minerals.

It can form different intensity magnetic disk by adjusting the excitation current levels, and also be adjusted each level disk and sensing distance between dressing grainis to get different magnetic induction intensity, reaching a onetime separation of various minerals. This device is widely used in tungsten tin tantalum iron ore and other minerals with magnetic and non-magnetic dry sorting.
