1. Product Description

Principle of Operation: Motor drive belt and pulley, make dynamic jaw movement up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw rise, angle with the bracket and moving jaw will become bigger, promote dynamic jaw plate to close to the fixed jaw, in the same time, the material being crushed or broken, achieve the goal of broken. When the moving jaw move down, the angle between bracket and dynamic jaw becoming smaller. Under the action of bar, spring, moving jaw leave the fixed jaw plate. Broken material discharged from crushing cavity mouth. As the motor turns continuously, twitter mobile jaw as periodic motion, crush and discharge material, achieve batch production.

The main structure of the Jaw Crusher are composed of stander, eccentric shaft, belt pulley, flywheel, movable jaw plate,

wrist plate ,adjustable gap screw, offsetting spring, fixed jaw plate. The wrist plate also has the effect of guarding.
