1. The chute feeder is generally installed in front of the primary crusher. It can send the big ore to crusher evenly and continuously. Chute feeder can effectively control the feeding capacity to match with the capacity of the whole crushing plant.

2. The jaw crusher is mainly used to crush kinds of mining stone primarily, and the largest compression resistance of the material is 250MPa. This product is the first choice in the begin part of crushing process. The jaw crusher is widely used in stone mining, metallurgy industry, building material, high way, railway, and chemical industry.
3. The Double Roller is mainly used for crushing to smaller size. It generally is used after the jaw crusher. It is low speed compressive crushing. It has features of high efficiency, energy-saving, easy maintenance and low maintenance cost.
4. The vibrating screen is YK model, it can screen several kinds size by adding or reducing the screen sieve. It generally is used with the crusher. In this processing line, it can be used for screen the qualified particle.
5. The magnetic separator is mainly used for sorting the fine-grained strong magnetic mineral, or removing strong magnetic minerals from non-magnetic minerals. With a deep magnetic field, the machine can make a continuous raw ore feeding and discharging. It also has enough working clearance and high processing capabilities.

200TPH Iron Rock Ore Processing Plant In Nigeria
1. Dump truck feeds raw ore to the hopper, then to vibrating feeder.
2. Vibrating feeder evenly feeds jaw crusher. jaw crusher crush big rock to medium size 50-100mm.
3. Jaw crusher output is sent to cone crusher via belt conveyor.
4. Cone crusher crush rock to 30mm.
5. Cone crusher output is sent to 1st vibrating screen via belt conveyor. the vibrating screen is set 1 layer screen with 30mm
mesh size.
6. Over screen +30mm is back to cone crusher for re-crushing via belt conveyor.
7. Under screen -30mm are sent to double roll crusher via belt conveyor. double roll crusher crush ore to 6mm.
8. Double roll crusher output is sent to 2nd vibrating screen. this vibrating screen is set 1 layer screen with 6mm mesh size.
9. Over screen +6mm is back to double roll crusher for reprocessing.
10. Under screen -6mm are sent to transit fine ore bin.
11. Use 8 belt conveyors from fine ore bin to feed 8 dry magnetic separators. magnetic separator concentrating iron.
12. Iron concentrate and tailing are sent to stockpile by belt conveyors.
