The high efficient fine crusher is used for fine crushing all kinds of solid materials so that we can get the requried artificial sand,the machine has different models with different feeding sizes and capacities, but output size can be reach less than 5mm,even 3mm.
The high efficient fine crusher is the ideal crusher to make sand, it can process limestone, river stone, gangue,quartz,etc. It also can crush calcium phosphate,dolomite,perlite ore, etc.
It is widely used in metallurgy, mine, cement, chemical engineering, fire resistant materials, ceramics and other industrial sectors, as well as in the expressway construction, water conservancy project, building crushed stone, and machine-made sand process fields, etc.
Working principle
The material is sent to the cavity from the inlet and falls on the high-speed rotating hammer head. The material is initially crushed between the hammer and the impact plate.
After the material is repeatedly hammered and impacted with high frequency, it forms a pile on the median septum, then falls on the material plate of the high-speed rotating lower rotor. Finally, it is thrown to the impact plate at high speed to be impacted, crushed and ground by the mobile plate hammer.
Therefore, the material undergoes multiple compound pulverization, scouring and grinding in the process of falling by its own weight to achieve an ultra-fine effect, and then is discharged through the discharging port.
