The magnetic source of the dry permanent magnetic separator is made of high-performance permanent material rare earth NdFeB through polymerization. This model is a combination of upper and lower rollers. The upper magnetic roller has a low magnetic field strength for separating strong magnetic minerals, and the lower magnetic roller has a high magnetic field strength for the purification of weak magnetic minerals. It can achieve the purpose of magnetic separation of various magnetic and non-magnetic minerals at one time.
The permanent magnetic separator is mainly used for titanium ore, chromite, garnet, quartz, feldspar, manganese ore, rare earth ore, niobium-tantalum ore, limonite, chromite, titanium ore, zircon, monazite, Selection and sorting of excellent magnetic difference minerals such as rutile, garnet, andalusite, and iron removal and purification operations.
The magnetic separator can be configured with one roller, two rollers, three rollers, four rollers as per the ore condition and clients' requirements.
Main Features
1. This machine is used to sort a variety of magnetic mixed minerals with a particle size of 0-2mm. On the basis of the feasibility of magnetic separation, the iron is removed by a first-stage magnetic roller and the design of the strong magnetic roller is divided into sections. A variety of magnetic mixed minerals are selected. This machine is classified as a downstream structure according to the movement direction of the magnetic product and the incoming mineral to be selected. Pick and choose.
