Introduction

The electromagnetic ore pulverizer uses electromagnetic suction to directly drive the vibrating tube at high speed (3000 times/min) to impact and pulverize the material into powder. It can replace various sample pulverizers (and mortars) to quickly prepare and analyze samples. The crushing speed is fast, and it is fully enclosed to prevent dust from flying. It is an updated product of disc and eccentric rotary pulverizers. It is suitable for quickly crushing various samples in coal, mining, cement, electric power, chemical industry, and import and export commodity inspection departments.





How To Operate

Open the upper cover of the machine, unscrew the nut on the right side by hand, lift the pressure bar, put the material into the material bowl, and put the small end down, iron powder, limestone, slag, clinker, quartz stone, About 6Og of clay is the best. The best coal is about 40g, and the small size is 15-20g. And put the lid on the material cup, pay attention to whether the O-ring on the lid is in good condition.

Then put down the pressure rod, screw on the nut by hand, and pay attention to the gasket under the nut. Close the box cover, turn on the switch, the timer turns to 2 minutes, and the machine starts to work.

It will stop working at the scheduled time. At this time, you can turn off the switch, open the box cover, unscrew the nut, put on gloves and take out the material cup. Pour into the sample pan together. Clamp the material tube with crucible tongs, and pat the material tube with a wrench with the other hand, and pat it up and down several times, and most of the samples will fall into the sample tray. Use a brush to further brush off the remaining sample. If there is adhesion and agglomeration on the inner wall of the cup due to high moisture in the sample or other reasons, use a special shovel to remove it.
