The laboratory disc vacuum filter is a latest lab filter device equipment with both intermittent and continuous working function.It is application to labs involving minerals separation, metallurgy, geology, chemical industry, building materials, oil, paper making grand artificial crystal and to the dehydration and solid-liquid separation.
Structure and working principle
This equipment consists of a chassis, large and small filter plates, suction and exhaust pipes, water supply pipes, electrical appliances, vacuum pumps, vacuum tanks and other parts.
This equipment uses the negative pressure generated by the operation of a direct-connected suspended duck water ring vacuum pump to filter the slurry, and can continuously suck and discharge the filtered liquid. The vacuum pump is directly driven by a 1.5-kilowatt motor, and can generate a negative pressure of 560-650 mercury columns when in operation (when the altitude is 0). The filtration system composed of large and small filter plates, suction and exhaust pipes, vacuum tanks and vacuum meters is directly connected to the negative pressure area of the vacuum pump, eliminating a whole set of devices such as gas-water separation. There is no need to stop the machine during operation, and the filtrate is directly pumped out by the vacuum pump, thereby improving the filtration efficiency, reducing the number of shutdowns and starts, reducing failures, and extending the service life of the equipment.
