Introduction

Rock Hammer crusher can crush ore which is below 50mm or the tailings, middlings which in the uncompleted ore. And break up the useful metal from the ore,depending on the requirement of factory, it can crush the mineral particles in 1 to 180 mesh, and separate them in the shaking table.They are suitable for the small factory,and same times can take place of ball mill in some degree,easy installation, easy operation, less investment, fast effect. The rock hammer crusher consist of rotor which with hammer, and the rotor consist of spindle, disk, pin and hammer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed through the belt, the material enter the machine through the feeding port the rotating hammers with high rotation speed are crushing them, the small size mineral was discharge through the sieve and the large size stil was crush and beat in the sieve until the crushed products meeting the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products.
