Product Introduction
Series CTB wet drum permanent magnetic separator is usually used for sorting the fine-grained strong magnetic minerals, or removing strong magnetic minerals from non-magnetic minerals. With a deep magnetic field, the machine can make a continuous row of ore feeding and discharge. It also has enough working clearance and high processing capabilities.

Good anti-demagnetization ability and reliable protection measures. Through shaft structure makes the roller run more reliably and safely.
Application
It's suitable for the processing magnetite, pyrrhotite, magnetite, titanium magnetite, calcined ore and other materials, as well as the iron removal and purification of feldspar, quartz sand, kaolin and other non-metallic minerals in the front stage.


Working principle
This machine uses magnetism produced by permanent magnet to adsorb strong mags in the slurry. With the help of magnetic field and flushing water,  it realizes the separation of mags and non-mags.  The magnetic minerals pass onto the concentrate collecting tank in the process of rotating, and the non-mags end up with tailings. This is one complete sorting operation.
