Product Introduction

Mini coal impact crusher is mainly applied for primary,medium,and fine crushing various kinds of ores and lump materials with max compression strength of no more than 320 Mpa in industries of metallurgy,mining,chemical,construction,highway,railway,waterworks,and so on.The max compression strength of the materials that will be crushed could be 2000kg/cm².It is not suitable to crush clay materials as the crushing cavity is easily clogged.


Working Principle

The motor transmits through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when mobile jaw moving. So the mobile jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.

Structure

An impact crusher with a rotor and one or more impact members interconnected to form an adjustable impact member system, a first impact member being mounted pivotally around a first horizontal axis by way of at least one drive means, on the second horizontal axis of which a further impact member, pivotal by way of at least one drive means, is provided, in which context the horizontal axis pivotally supporting the impact member is provided in the region of that end of the first impact member which is remote from the horizontal axis and the second impact member comprises one or more levers.
