Laboratory Electrothermal Blowing Dry Oven

High temperature blast drying oven adopts high performance heater, the temperature can reach 500ºC. It is suitable for baking, oven heat treatment or other heating. The working temperature of the drying box can be from room temperature +5°C to the end of the temperature. Within this range, the working temperature can be selected arbitrarily. After the selection, the temperature can be kept constant by the automatic control system in the box. The high temperature blast drying oven has fine structure, High accuracy temperature control, and simple operation. It is mainly used for drying in chemical industry, shipbuilding, machinery and
other industries or heat treatment of stainless steel.


Structure

1. High temperature blast drying oven is made of thin steel plate, the inner tank is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the glass fiber is used as the insulation material between the studio and the box shell.
2. The box body is made of arc argon welding material, and the outside of the box is made of color steel plate, which adopts the design and color synchronized with the international market, and the shape looks more beautiful and novel.
3. The temperature display of the whole series of high temperature box is digital display, which makes your operation more accurate and clear at a glance.
4. Do not remove the side door arbitrarily, disturb or change the line, only when the box break down, you can remove the side door and check one by one according to the line. If there is a major failure, you can contact us directly.
5. This box is a non-explosion-proof drying box, so it contains flammable and volatile substances. Do not put it in the drying box to avoid explosion.
